I'm unable to loose weight, in spite of fasting and exercises. Anyone can help me ?

Losing weight can be a frustrating journey, especially if you're putting in the effort with fasting and exercises and not seeing any results. It's good that you've already done blood tests, and the results are within range, but there could be other underlying reasons why you're not losing weight, such as stress or hormonal imbalances. Here are a few possible reasons why you're not losing weight:

STEP 1. You're not eating enough It may seem counterintuitive, but not eating enough can slow down your metabolism and prevent you from losing weight. When you restrict your calories too much, your body goes into "starvation mode," and your metabolism slows down to conserve energy. To lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit, but it's important to do it in a sustainable way. Make sure you're eating enough calories to support your body's needs. STEP 2.You're not getting enough sleep Lack of sleep can disrupt your hormone levels, particularly cortisol and insulin, which can make it harder to lose weight. Cortisol, the stress hormone, can cause your body to hold on to fat, while insulin, the hormone that regulates blood sugar, can lead to cravings for sugary foods. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night to help regulate your hormones and support weight loss. STEP 3.You're not managing stress Stress can also disrupt your hormones and cause weight gain, particularly around the belly area. When you're stressed, your body releases cortisol, which can lead to increased belly fat. Find ways to manage your stress, such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises. STEP .4 You're not drinking enough water Dehydration can slow down your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight. Aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day to keep your body hydrated and support weight loss. STEP.5 You're not doing the right type of exercise While exercise is important for weight loss, not all types of exercise are created equal. If you're doing the same type of exercise every day, your body may adapt and stop responding to it. Mix up your routine with strength training, cardio, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to challenge your body and support weight loss. STEP 6.You may have an underlying medical condition If you've ruled out all other possible reasons for not losing weight, you may want to consider consulting a healthcare professional. Certain medical conditions, such as hypothyroidism, PCOS, or Cushing's syndrome, can make it harder to lose weight. A healthcare professional can help diagnose and treat any underlying medical conditions that may be contributing to your weight gain. In conclusion, there are many reasons why you may not be losing weight, even if you're fasting and exercising. It's important to look at all aspects of your lifestyle, such as sleep, stress, and hydration, to support weight loss. If you've tried everything and are still struggling to lose weight, consider consulting a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying medical conditions
